Miles KiersonMiles Kierson has approximately 30 years of experience as a leadership consultant, and he is considered a leading expert on aligning executive teams, supporting companies in implementing strategies, and leadership development. His approach is based on his proven model of critical factors for successful implementation and on his commitment to helping leaders fulfill on their biggest perceived possibilities for the future of their companies.

He has worked with many large corporations in the energy sector as well as retail, insurance, telecommunications, real estate, IT services, and private equity companies. In addition, he has worked with many smaller companies, family-owned businesses, and non-profit organizations.

Mr. Kierson resides in New Jersey with his family. He holds a master’s degree in psychology, and is the developer of The Discipline of Execution™, a methodology for greatly improving an organization’s ability to execute, and The ExecuTAP™ Training, a breakthrough in consultant development programs. He is the author of The Transformational Power of Executive Team Alignment, which describes his unique approach to executive team alignment.
