Shae Hadden is accountable for the alignment, development and implementation of Praemia’s strategic initiatives. She is a key interface with the FourYears.Go organization. For the last two years, she has contributed her unique perspective and rare blend of skills in the areas of communications, marketing, technology and transformation to Praemia Group and their clients.
Shae has more than 10 years experience visualizing, creating and coordinating communication projects. Trained as a performer, she worked in various capacities behind the scenes in the Canadian film, television and multimedia industries before becoming a marketing consultant to high-tech startups. In 1999, she created New Leaf Communications, a marketing consultancy committed to helping develop clients as leaders serving the Boomer generation in the fitness, health and wellness industries.
In the past four years, Shae has learned and applied the distinctions of ontological coaching to her life—transforming herself and her businesses to work extensively in the areas of leadership, executive coaching and Eldering™ as a writer, editor, researcher and project manager. She is committed to multigenerational collaboration towards sustainability, peace, and the health and wellbeing of people of all ages.
