Praemia Group offers clients a rapid, short-cycle diagnostic service to assess what is missing for organizational or team success. Our interpretive findings can provide leaders with critical information they need before transforming their business or undertaking a breakthrough project. Addressing underlying systemic or cultural issues and aligning commitments first accelerates results. This diagnostic service can usually be completed in less than a month (depending on the number of people being interviewed and their availability).

This tool can be used as a foundation for our executive coaching of senior organizational, functional or team leaders. The focus of the diagnostic is tailored to the objectives of the leader and can encompass issues such as:
