Praemia's Process: A Transformational Journey

The transformation of a business creates a new context for the future, while honoring the organization’s past. We normally take leadership teams through a five-phase iterative process. This "Transformational Journey” assists leaders in revealing, transforming and shifting to their designed future. The journey can take anywhere from 6 to 18 months, depending on the scope of your vision and the size of your organization. The process focuses on:

  • Aligning your leadership team
  • Identifying and implementing critical breakthrough project(s) 
  • Engaging other key players and 
  • Capturing new practices that will sustain your vision.

Getting Started

We often begin with an initial series of interviews and a three-day workshop with the CEO and the senior leadership team. During this first phase, we work together to:

  • Clarify the current reality, its potential and its limitations
  • Envision a new possibility and
  • Confirm our joint commitment to undertake the implementation journey together.

The Transformational Journey Map

We provide clients with a map to their transformational process based on a “hero’s journey” that is inspired by archetypal thinking. This cross-cultural map reveals the common ‘scripts’ or ‘stories’ we as individuals and as organizations unconsciously follow. Making these stories conscious creates new opportunities for action.


We use every interaction with your people—from interviews with senior team members and traditional one-on-one coaching sessions to leadership team coaching during staff meetings and transformational leadership workshops—as opportunities to reveal and shift the conversations toward your chosen future.
