Don Arnoudse has distinguished himself as an executive coach, management consultant, author and speaker. He offers leaders and executive teams who are dealing with big stakes the benefit of his more than 30 years of experience and a unique perspective that combines the experiences of a market-facing entrepreneur, a solid academic background in psychology and adult education, and a proven track record as a high-performance team builder. Don has advised Fortune 500 executives, small business owners and entrepreneurs in diverse industries and has played an historic role in bringing coaching to the IT industry. He has navigated a number of significant transitions in his own life and career, learning valuable lessons that he draws on when working with accomplished leaders to help them thrive during their own leadership transitions.

Don coaches leaders to deepen their consciousness and finely tune their ‘inner guidance system’ so they bring clarity and new levels of awareness to their enterprise and their lives. He assists them in integrating what they care most about with what the world needs and values. Don’s passion lies in coaching successful executives to:

As Vice President of CSC Index, Don led the global Change Management practice of this influential management consulting firm (CSC introduced reengineering to the business world in the 1990s). For the past 8 years, Don has focused his executive coaching on helping seasoned leaders and their teams innovate and thrive during major transitions. In 2002, he founded The 2nd Half, an executive coaching business dedicated to clients who are redefining themselves in the second half of their careers to generate a significant impact, leave a meaningful legacy and live a truly fulfilling life.

Don obtained his BS in Psychology and an MS in Education from Michigan State University and is a certified coach with the Newfield Network and the International Coach Federation. He has twice served on the planning committee for the annual Executive Coaching Summit, an invitation-only conference for 100 of the top executive coaches worldwide.
